This is a blind integration, i cannot test nor own the device. Any issue will require description of the issue, steps to replicate and integration logs. thank you.

You mention support for Vault2i. Is Vault2 also supported? I would love to test and provide feedback but only own a Vault2…

Hi. Thank you for this integration. I have downloaded v1.0.9.
I have tested a bit on Remote 3 with a Bluesound Powernode N330 with BluOS 4.16.6. I have not tested other version of OS. My setup is very simple as I have only connected my TV and external passive DALI speakers. No groups and no active Bluesound speakers. Initially I can get the integration to work but I have problem controlling volume. Volume works maybe first time from both physical buttons and touch on the display - then it gets stuck at the same level displayed. If I use for example my phone to adjust volume I can see the level on the display update to the new level but it cannot be controlled from the remote - nor from physical buttons or the arrow symbols on the display. However, on the same display I can stop and start the music fine so it’s still connected. Once I also tried to touch the slider at the bottom of the display and the volume turned up to nearly a 100% without being able to lower the volume again so I haven’t dared touching that again.

i don’t own a bluesound device, i wrote this integration blindly. it is also most likely due for a good refresh as long time had passed.
can you share the integration log so i can take a look? also, if you on the unfolded discord, it is so much easier to communicate there… send me the log, i can take a look and most likely update this integration, its been a while.

Alsdo, can can just upload the log anywhere and share the link or join discord to the blue sound integration channel. And share there.

I like the page with the presets where the names are shown. I didn’t see that before. Very nice!
I can test a bit more tomorrow and send you more logs if needed..

It looks like I was to busy celebrate. The issue with volume seems to remain.
I will fiddle around with the remote and see if I can find out what triggers it. Logs here.

you added the core logs, in the dropdown choose only this integration logs and also explain again the issue please? so i can compare against integration logs.

I believe this is correct log.
The issue is with volume control. When the display shows Playback I can pause, stop and start using the icons there. However, I cannot control volume. Nothing happens when pressing the arrow up/down icons or sound off symbol on the display. Also physical buttons doesn’t work - anymore. Anymore because it worked initially but something triggers it to stop working.
I will try see if I can find some pattern. For example if it happens when leaving the Bluesound integration and doing something else before returning.

This sound more like a configuration issue…? question: are you inside an activity? did you map the volume commands properly to the physical buttons? can you share screenshots of your setup from web configurator? which entities did you add to the activity? or are you outside an activity and added the entities to a home page? if am not making any sense since you are new ot the remote , LMK.
It was working in and out of different integrations for a while. Then I left the remote for a couple of minutes and when I tried again the volume didn’t work inside Bluesound. New log here.
Also I didn’t do any mapping myself. Everything is out of the box.
