Hello - I am having trouble getting my DVR into UC. My Remote 3 will only learn some IR codes. Process seems buggy. Does anyone have a source to get the IR codes for the individual buttons? Thank you

I have a Frontier (originally Verizon) FIOS DVR and I was able to get the IR codes from
Register on the web site (very easy) and then search for “Arris VMS” or “Arris Moxi”. Between the two of them I was able to get the IR codes for all my DVR’s functions. I didn’t make a batch file but just copied and pasted individual codes. Its been a long time since I did it but I think the IR code is the sequence of 4 character strings between two “ characters.

Like I said it’s been a long time since I did it but I’m pretty sure it’s the hex code sequence with all the 4 character strings. But make sure you get the entire sequence that is between “ character.

Additionally, if you get a single code then I don’t think there are “ characters. It would then be just identified as hex code.
If you register on the site you can download entire code sets and then the hex codes would have “ at the beginning and end.
