I’m configuring my Remote 2 through the web interface. I can access the activities and integrations, but not the ‘user interface’ section. When I try to open it through the web configurator, a spinner appears for a while, followed by a Timeout error. I tried a factory rest but that doesn’t help. is this a bug?
Is remote in the dock when you’re doing this? The timeout error could be caused by the remote entering standby mode.
Yes, it’s in the dock. It’s not the standby causing it because all other menu items work fine. It’s just the interface one that always times out. It’s not loading at all.
