I returned from a long weekend to find my remote unresponsive. Black screen. No output or interaction - won’t wake up. Both docks show their standard state. The Ethernet wired dock will show a “charging” prompt before going black. The remotes clock never displays. Charging seems to stop nearly immediately. Charging pad shows charge state, but the remote never accepts any charge.
I have tried a hard reset on the remote., both docks, and tried to get to recovery. The remote appears to be completely unresponsive and no matter how much time in the dock,(s) or on the pad, no charge is completed. Can’t reset the software because the remote is not recognized. Please help.
