Hey all, I just got my R3 w/dock last week. I got both set up online (was harder than it should have been). I’ve been playing around in the web configurator. I figured out how to add a device (my Comcast X1 and Panasonic TV) into entities. Then I realized I can import Prontohex codes into the R3 and send test signals.
I used to spend hours setting up and programming my Pronto. I used to download templates from Remote Central. When I couldn’t get my Pronto to work with my X1 box (I eventually figured it out after), I got a Harmony Elite. I’ve been using it since.
Is there a tutorial somewhere. Either text or video that explains how to add activities? Something that explains the difference between an entity and integration. Do I need to add an integration first, then an entity, then program buttons, etc. Show me how to do it once, and I can figure it out from there.
This may all seem simple to you guys at this point, but this is all new terminology and processes to me.
