After the error message appears go to the web configurator/Settings/scroll down to Development and click on Logs. In the first dropdown menu choose Core services and user interface app, in the second dropdown menu choose the last entry DEBUG. If the dropdown menus are all empty try to reload the page. This is a known bug.

Debug (for all services) does not hold anything than Philips Hue related entries(?). Maybe I am doing something wrong when creating the log though.

I tried to connect the Dock via RJ45, did a factory reset, but still the same problem, does anyone have any suggestions?

If you haven’t already done this, try to change the url of the dock in the dock settings to the ip address of the device instead of the .local domain.
