Synology NAS Integration

Hello everyone, i am releasing my new integration: Synology NAS.
This integration will give you a comprehensive view of your synology NAS:
Multi-Source System Overview via a Media Player entity:

System Overview - CPU, Memory, Temperature, and uptime monitoring
Storage Status - Disk usage, RAID health, and volume information
Network Statistics - Real-time bandwidth usage and interface status
Services Status - Running services, Docker containers, and system health
Security Status - Security advisor, firewall status, and system protection
Thermal Status - Temperature monitoring with fan control information
Cache Status - SSD cache performance and hit rates
RAID Status - RAID array health and drive status
Volume Status - Volume usage and health monitoring
UPS Status - UPS battery level and runtime information
Hardware Monitor - Detailed CPU and drive temperature monitoring
Drive Health - Individual disk health and SMART status
Power Management - UPS integration and power efficiency monitoring
Cache Performance - Advanced SSD cache analytics and optimization
Package Manager - Installed packages and update monitoring
User Sessions - Active user sessions and connection monitoring

Power Controls via a remote entity:

System Restart - Safe system reboot
System Shutdown - Graceful system shutdown
Beep Control - Enable/disable system beep notifications

Values support both celsius & fahrenheit
This is great for Admins (such as myself) who has pretty much every single option used in Synology and i wanted something cool to be able to monitor live on my UC remote at all times.

Hi, I have synology DS920+, but I finding this integration a bit pointless. No disrespect at all. Easier to do on PC OR Home Assistant. I would focus more on graphic side of interface for Remote 3. It’s a bit row. Agsin no disrespect for UC crew

I am still in the ‘discovery phase’ as a new Remote 3 user. I have already learned that many custom integrations lead to you @M.a.S.e :joy: .

Regarding the Synology integration: will it keep the NAS awake/prevent the harddrives from spinning down?

It will not change your nas configuration, you can configure your nas any way I like

Would be interesting to embed the Surveillance Station - at least the live-view of cameras.

I already use @M.a.S.e CCTV Integration and I have the Synology BUT I use the direct URL from the cameras not the Surveilance Station.

btw. I have an Android TV TV and sideloaded the Surveilance Station APP which runs on the TV with a slightly bigger picture. Control is a bit complicated though.
