Sleep mode issues when remote is on dock

Hi! I have the remote permanently with the clock on the screen instead of switching off. I have this issue randomly hapenning. Sometimes the screen of off, sometimes is the clock. When the clock is on, then remote is but warm…

does anyone knows how to fix it?

Did you check the metal contacts on both the dock and the remote and try to clean them? This might be caused by a loose connection.

The remote is new and pins are clean. I have clean them just in case.
