Did you check the metal contacts on both the dock and the remote and try to clean them? This might be caused by a loose connection.
The remote is new and pins are clean. I have clean them just in case.

Which firmware version is on the remote?
Do you have “Keep Wifi connected in standby” enabled (settings/power saving)?
This enables Wake-on-lan on the remote and maybe other devices or your router will constantly wake up the remote.
There also is a bug with this function that randomly wakes up the remote by itself and activates the display without any external cause. This is most likely casued by the WiFi chip firmware.
I found the glitch, I was having a man activity group preventing to sleep. I have removed and remote is behaving normally. Thanks
