Remote3 looses conection to Denon AVR after waking up Remote 3 from sleep

Lately my Remote 3 has started loosing connection to my Denon AVR after coming out of sleep (5 minutes after any kind of activity). It hasn’t always been like this, so I am a bit confused as to why it suddenly has happened. It ends up getting a connection, but only after a handful of minutes of waiting.

Does anyone know any best practices to ensure a solid connection (static IP maybe?) between the Remote 3 and an Denon AVR?

No issues here with my Denon AVR.

Static IP’s is something that i find a must. Makes everything act a lot better and has more stability. After waking up it usually takes my remote a few seconds to respond to volume commands etc.

It doesn’t sleep that much due to screen popping on bug every few minutes though.
