Hello my remote3 showed up the beginning of the week and I’ve worked through a few connection issues and integration woes now ready to start creating activity’s ect.
Is there any suggestions on structure my intial plan is pages.
Livingroom = video source no avr sound
Theater = video source with avr sound
Home = a few home assistant devices
Devices = device remote control entites
Any suggestions on what works? best
and is there a way to have a group that doesn’t include a switch?
In customize my remote I added a page for each room I use and on each page I added the activities for that room. Then I have a page for devices and on this page I added pages for each room and in these pages I added the entities for the corresponding room. For home automation I would also create a separate page.

Maybe I’m reading this wrong but it sounds like you have a page inside a page if so how?
Page was the wrong word I did it a long time ago. Inside the page I created a group for each room and in each group I added all entities for this room. It then looks a bit like a pull down menu for each room.

I tested that but it adds a switch to the group to turn everything in group on or off good for a set of lights but not much else unless there a way to create a group without the switch

You must click on the arrow on the left side.

I don’t see any arrow to get somewhere that has option to remove switch
I mean the arrow on the left. I opened Schlafzimmer 2 that’s why the direction is up.
When you say “without a switch”, do you mean you want multiple activities active at a time, so you can have 1 remote control 5 rooms?
More or less yes. Normally I only control 1 activity in 1 room. I have 5 activity groups 1 for each room and for tests I already had 2 activities in 2 rooms activity at the same time.
Now I have really a oneforall remote

I mean exactly what is there now with groups more or less but without switch at the top.
example : “Living room” Page then with your activities “watch TV” ect there could be a “room controls” that would open a page similar to original “Living room” page with temp, lighting, ect entities could reside.
A possible work around that might work? is there a way link one page to another? could I create a button on my Living room page that would open my Bedroom page??

There are “Groups” that you can add to a page, and maybe that’s what you want, but maybe not. It sounds like you want a way to link from one dashboard screen to another.
