Hi. I finally have received my Remote 3. And for the moment I really disappointed. I only set up some basic activities I had on my Harmony and configured some buttons (display and hardware).
When I start the activity (for example “watching TV” over my Sunrise TV-Box (Horizon)), everything works fine. Also if I watch live TV. But as soon as I start playing a recording the remote is not responding anymore. the dislpay is completely laggy, the buttons in it are not working anymore. Also the volume of the receiver is not adjustable. not by hardware buttons and not by the slider. Even mute does not work. Also play and pause…Everything stucks.
Is that a known problem? Are there solutions?
