I successfully created all my entities and learned the IR codes for all my remotes, except for my Bell Satellite Box Arris VIP22T1NA / 405. I am really struggling with this one. Whenever I try to learn the remote, I receive an unknown error on the dock. I tried to learn many buttons … Power, Guide, Menu and they all give me an Unknown error message on the dock. I cannot find the right IR codes on Global Cache database. I do not know how to overcome this.

It is in the harmony database. Tomorrow I will add to my Harmony and try to learn that.

You need a harmony to use it you cannot download it.

I learned POWER_ON and POWER_OFF from my Harmony please test. More if they worked.

Sorry but harmony does not offer guide, on demand, options and apps.

I could not learn select and info.

Another code if you can. I have a Samsung 9 series smart TV model KS9000 TV and I am struggling with the code for the Power Toggle. It’s leaning a code but it does not work. I think the code is not correct. Can you help with the right code for this TV ? Thanks.

Did you try the generic Samsung TV from unfolded circle or the Samsung integration?

For some reason the Generic Samsung TV does not work and I cannot use the Android TV integration because the Android TV Remote service required for this integration does not work on Samsung smart TV’s …. unless there exists another integration specific for Samsung TVs which I do not see in the integration setup process.

Thanks. The Samsung integration worked. Is there an integration for a Sony Sound Bar model HT-ST5000 ?

I am still having intermittent issues with the Power Toggle for my Samsung TV using the integration. Sometimes it works and sometimes not and almost never when part of an activity sequence.

Can it be started with WOL? Best place for problems is discord because there is a whole thread about this integration and the dev is very active.
