I love the remote… when it works. It constant loses its connection to the base. I have to restart the base and remote. Is there anything else I can do?
it is a known issue. TL;DR - UC team working with the WiFi chip manufacturer for a new firmware. in the interim if you want to keep the remote alive during an activity, check the “prevent sleep” in an acitivty setup.

Thanks! I was hoping it just needed a firmware update to fix.
It will, eventually. sadly not yet, until UC team solve the issue with the chip maker for a new firmware.
