I’m happy the new Remote 3 just arrived. After uploading IR codes I discovered that there’s no IR output signal coming out from the handset itself (small window at the top of it). In the web-configuration there’s no possibility to select this device as output. The only device in the pull down list is the Dock, which itself sends the signal correctly. How can I enable the IR-output on the handset too?
On R2 you find it in settings, preview features.

Did you find a solution to get the handset set as the IR transmitter? I tried updating mine and switching to the beta/preview branch, but I still only get the dock’s IR blaster as an option for output device.
