Second time this has happened. Every thing I working perfectly for a week or two then the remote cannot seem to find the device. Last time had to factory reset the remote and everything worker for another week or two then same thing. Any suggestions.
If it happens again could you try to ping your Shield. My Shield connectionis stable for a couple month now. I use is a coupld of times a week.

OK, I pinged the device and it was located. What would I do next?
