Remote 3 Kickstarter survey info - can't find me

I joined the R3 Kickstarter soon after it was launched and had filled out the “survey” to note my preferences for color and a charging hub. I just got the email showing a link to confirm my choices and it asked for my email address and backer number. I doublechecked both pieces of info but it says it can’t find me. I can go into Kickstarter and it correctly shows me and my backer number but, again, I cannot confirm my choices.

How do it get that rectified?

Never mind! Tried again and this time it found me.

The Link provided in Update 10/Survey Reminder takes me to page where I have to enter two fields. 1)email address and 2) my backer number. I enter those and have used a PC using both Edge and Chrome plus an iPad and get “There was an error while trying to load your summary” I had completed the questionnaire as soon as it was available and would like to see my summary. I have tried to see the summary over a number of days and at different times of the day and night to no avail.

I’m not sure what the problem is. But keep trying as mine eventually did work.

I believe I have found the problem. I always use my standard email address but when I logged in on Kickstarter for the first time I used my Apple ID . In doing so I created this confusion. Marton has talked about different email address’s a few times and to advise them about it, I thought it didn’t affect me. Anyway I have contacted them (unfolded circle) and hopefully they will change their records so that I can login to see my survey summary. Cheers Phil out.
