lately I’ve been experiencing serious issues with my remote. Basically, all integrations are losing their connection to the devices. My Denon AVR, projector, Apple TV, and Zidoo only work right after I turn on or reboot the remote.
After a short while, it seems like the remote loses connection entirely and is unable to re-establish it. I then get error messages like “Apple TV is not responding, try again?” — but retrying never works. The only temporary fix is rebooting the remote.
I recently updated my WiFi setup around the same time as installing the latest remote software update, so I’m not sure which one is causing the issue.
I’ve already enabled the option to “keep connections while asleep”, but that didn’t improve the situation.
At the moment, the remote has become quite unreliable and difficult to use.
Has anyone experienced something similar or has an idea what could be causing this?
