Pronto codes for Anthem AVM 90 are not working

Hi All,

I had downloaded the Pronto code file from Anthem website and put it in the format that Unfolded wants and create a .csv and bulk upload. However none of the commands seems to be working.

Here is the example of the file from Anthem.

Any idea on why this does not work?

I have even tried creating a generic remote using Anthem as the manufacturer and choosing Generic AVR 1 , but even those commands don’t work.

So far I have gotten, Apple TV, Sony TV and AVM Ovation 6.2 working. Appreciate any help.

You’re missing a column. Between “key” and “code”, you need a column called “format” so that the R2 knows whether the code is native hex or pronto.

I’m not quite sure that’s the issue. As I understand it, the column order is: key, code, format (and format is optional, assumed to be PRONTO be default).

I think what OP is saying is that they are able to upload the codes, but the commands aren’t working on the Anthem. Do I have that right, OP?

Yes I am able to upload them, its just they don’t get executed. I am going to try and see if the emitter has to be placed correctly as I was using the Harmony One Remote emitters and using a 3.5mm to 2.5mm plug.
Maybe I will use the Unfolded emitters only and see if it works.

Yes, for testing purposes, I would recommend using one of the stick-on IR emitters and the IR outs on the dock. When you’re doing your testing, you can leave the IR emitter selection on “All”, it’ll still work.

Anthem seems to support pretty robust IP control, so I’m sure that will come eventually given enough user feedback.

Yep just did debug, it was the IR transmitters. The Harmony one’s don’t work, so used the one’s supplied by Unfolded and its works with the same Pronto file uploaded.
