Problems with new TechniSat STB

Hi.

I own an TechniSat DIGIT ISIO STC. I imported the Pronto-Codes and everything works perfect.

Now i bought a new STB: TechniSat DIGIT ISIO S4.

Original-Remote works well.

On Remote 3 none of the existing codes work. No reaction on the STB.

So i created a new, empty entity and learned some commands from the original-remote. No reaction on the STB.

Additionally i took the code for the DIGIT ISIO S2 from Global Cahe but the too don’t work.

I tried another STB: TechniSat DIGIPLUS UHD S2

Original-Remote works well.

On Remote 3 there too none of the existing codes work. No reaction on the STB.

Here too i created a new, empty entity and learned some commands from the original-remote. No reaction on the STB.

At least i tried my Harmony Elite. It works with all three STB’s without changing anything.

So the problem seem to be on the Remote 3 /Dock3 but i’m out of any idea where to look/search for it.

Tried that from Chris but no reaction on the STB.

I placed it as bug on Github.

After a long time of try & error this is the final result:

The problem lies with the weak infrared signal.

Normally my Dock 3 is about 4.5 m from all entities and controlls all perfect. To control the new STB’s he has to be placed about 1.5 m in front of the STB.

Too the IR-Blaster, which should have three strong ir-emitters, only send from one ir-emitter and therefore ins’t a solution.

Actually i’m in contact with uc-support.
