Power Off not immediately sent to HA

When turning on or switching between activities, the status is immediately communicated to Home Assistant via the HA integration. But when powering off the system, it can take up to 45 seconds for remote.remote_3_remote (default names) to switch to “off” and up to 60 seconds for select.remote_3_default to switch. Unless an activity has been selected just before pressing power off.

Is this normal behavior? I can trigger my automations on my receiver state instead, but would rather have everything controlled by the remote.

Question for @JackPowell I think ……

Turned out in the longer run that this was also the case when selecting activities - the HA integration didn’t necessarily detect it right away. So now my automations trigger on receiver state, this works like a charm. But the HA integration probably needs a brush up.
