Does anyone have already this UHD Bluray Player working with the Remote two or Remote 3? IR and/or integration?

I use IR on R3 to control my ub824, works fine. When adding a new ir device you can search for vendor panasonic and use the bluray player commands, don’t recall having to resort to global cache codes.

Yes I’m doing the same and the blaster is working well in my media cabinet to control it. I tried the integration and couldn’t get it to work despite flashing the player

The default Panasonic IR code set is not complete for the UB820/824. There was 1 button missing: The PLAYBACK_INFO button. Pronto code:

Thank you all for your reactions, but I am still missing a reaction of somebody who has the Panasonic Blu Ray integration working.

Like all of you I am currently using IR to control the UB824 on the Remote 3, but I am still trying to get the Home Assistant integration of a Panasonic Blu Ray working, without any success.

I recently activated voice control at my UB424 and IP control is working.

I have visited item #1712 on the thread and read the DISCLAIMER.
Because I am a Windows mouse clicker and not a Linux user, I did not do the patch.

You need to modify the firmware on the Panasonic for IP control. That’s about #5 on my priorities. I’m trying to still get sequences to reliably turn on and off everything for a handful of my activities.
