New Owner - HELP

I have owned my R3 for approximately seven months and I am still having trouble trying to even get it to work. I managed to get my Apple TV integrated, but the remote won’t work for the control of it. I figured I’d start with that, but I still can’t do it. I think the remote is very powerful, but I don’t believe it is user-friendly. Is there anybody out there that can help me and call me up and talk to me? I’d be willing to pay because I think this is going to be a remarkable unit. Please respond thank you very much.

Hi, I thank you leading me to these videos, however, I have seen most of them and still doesn’t tell me how to set them up. I also don’t see that the web config is NOT the same as some of the videos. Is that just me or am I going somewhere else? If you could help I would greatly appreciate it.

I think you might be on an old firmware. Which remote you have? Uc2 or 3? Did you enable beta version? And upgraded to latest? Be careful. If you use Uc2 DO NOT UPDATE TO VERSION 2.7.0.
