Not sure if this is the same problem others were having. The configurator is a blank page. If I get to it using the remote’s IP address, I get to a page with a link to the configurator, but when I follow it I get the blank (black background) page.–so I know the Remote 2 is serving pages, or at least one. Reboot didn’t help. Changing PIN didn’t help. Someone said wait and try later, so I will, but it’s weird. Remote in the dock, out of the dock but awake, no difference.
Try to clear cookies on your browser or try another browser. When remote are on the dock you shouldn’t have this problem, Out of the dock remote can sleep and make the web configurator blank or inaccessible page
Yes, changing browsers seemed to work. I’ll try clearing cookies next time. Thanks.
