Monoprice HTP-1 Integration

Hey Everyone, releasing a new integration for Monoprice HTP-1 AV Processor. This is another blind integration, meaning i do not own the device, i cannot test anything and i cannot validate anything. Any and all issues will require:

  1. Descriptive issue statement
  2. Integration Logs

Fixes done based on recent learnings from integration fixed where i could test - expanding learnings to blind integrations. Test at will.

HTP-1 v2.4.0:

Setup checks the connection before saving and shows errors on the form. Update keeps the device ID and pre-fills the form.
Lost connections are detected (keepalive), and entities show as unavailable right away.
Fixes: Dirac slot selection, a crash loading BEQ when there's no free slot, the POWER command, and settings changes that could drop the connection.
Remote: repeat/delay and command sequences now work.
