Learning IR codes fails

I try to learn some new IR codes from my Somfy remote control.
After I start the learning process and press a button on the original remote control, the following error message appears on the dock:
X UNKNOWN
Has anyone an idea how I can solve this problam?

R2/R3 still have problems with some IR codes. Are you sure your Somfy uses IR because they often also use RF.

Yes, I sucessfully learned the Somfy IR Codes with SofaBaton.

One possibility is to try codes from global cache.
