IR codes work in Web Configurator but not from the R3

Hi all. Slowly getting to grips with my Remote 3. It’s been a frustrating process! So far I have added the following:

Sony XR65X95LU (Google) TV (via BlueTooth)
Panasonic UB9000 BlueRay player (infra red learning)
Sky TV streaming puck (IR code input)
Arcam AVR30 (IR learning)
Apple TV 4K (as an integration)

The Sony TV, Panasonic BlueRay player and Apple TV all seem to work fine. But I’m having problems with Sky and the Arcam. Both seem to work from the Web Interface when I test the IR codes, but not from the remote itself. Nada. But the Panasonic (also installed with IR) does. Weird. Can anyone offer advice as to how to get the IR codes for the Arcam and Sky working on the remote not just the Web Configurator?

Is your IR signal reaching the Sky Puck?

I’d check the placement of the Dock, IR Repeaters and/or Blaster.

Also, did you change your Sky Remote from Bluetooth to IR? Not sure, but you might have to do that so the Puck will accept IR commands.

Have a look at the output devices for you IR entities. Maybe they are different from the devices used for testing the Codes.
