IR Codes Teufel Soundbar aren't working

Hi,

I’m trying to program the R3 with the IR commands for my Teufel soundbar (Cinebar 11). I’ve tried using both the learning function and the original remote control, as well as the command set from the Globalcache database. Neither of them works. When I try to learn the commands from the original remote control, I get a message saying that the device doesn’t support IR learning. Importing the codes from the GC DB works, and when I test them, the configurator also says the code test was OK, but nothing happens on the soundbar. So I’m starting to have my doubts about the Remote3, since the recurring network errors are really getting on my nerves. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Yes, but I still can’t solve the problem. For example, the R3 has learned the following code for “volume up”: 3;0x80F75FA0;32;0
The 3 at the beginning apparently stands for the NEC protocol, followed by the actual IR code, the length, and then the number of repetitions. I changed the number of repetitions, but that didn’t help either

You could try the current Dock beta firmware that includes it raw learning and sending. It’s not yet implemented into the remote firmware but if it works with raw codes it might just be a bug with the current implementation and can be reported to UC.

the problem is solved. It was due to a weak signal from the dock. When I use the blaster, it works.
