Has anyone got the ir codes for a Freesat 4k satellite receiver box? I pulled the codes from Global cache website today and configured up the remote with them but none of them work. I phoned Freesat as well but they were of no help either. The remote has buttons for Apps like Amazon Video and Netflix on it which were not part of the downloaded codes. The way to solve this would be to configure the remote with the actual Freesat remote but I don’t think that functionality is available to us at this time from what I can see.

I have the same problem in the UK, been experimenting with the different manufactures with limited success. It seems that these boxes are not all produced by the same manufacture.
I tried GC HUMAX / Set Top Box / HN1000S
The power toggle only works if you rapidly press it 3 or 4 times so I suspect the freesat is wanting a repeating IR code.
When I use the remote to learn the code from the OEM Remote it learns a short code and does not work, again I believe this is because it needs a repeating code.
