Sporadically comes up „internal server error“. Even when it is aktive. What is going on with this remote?
If you got to settings/development/logs you can download logs from different services. In these you will find more details about errors appearing on the remote.
First check when these errors happen. If they appear shortly after using the remote after you haven’t used it for a while and it entered sleep mode it’s most likely because the remote has to reconnect to Wifi and all integrations and the Dock. Unfortunately the ui doesn’t check the status before sending any command. There are ways to prevent sleep mode for activities or shorten the reconnection time (search for prevent sleep and keep wifi connected).
In addition it loses the wfi signal even thpugh it is in direct range with the router.
