The existing Kaleidescape integration seems to be only for systems with a server with players attached. I have a stand alone Strato E. Is there an integrations for the standalone players?
You have to select restore from backup and enter this info. Id is your serial number. Copy and paste this template after you select from backup.Replace the info with your own and it will work.

Hi, yes I had already tried the “restore from backup” method. But what I did wrong was the ID had a space in it and I think that may have been the issue. I put a space there because that is how it was being displayed in the Strato gui. Anyways after removing it and retrying it got it to work. Thanks for the advice!
