Impossible to "create blank" IR remote

Hi,

I’m happy to receive my Remote 3 last week and now I’m trying to configure it by the web configurator. Dock 3 and remote are in the same WiFi, that was easy to manage. Now I’m trying to learn commands for two devices, that are not in the manufacturers list (VU+ Duo/Pannde 670). I have read that I have to press “create blank” and to copy the commands from the original remotes via the dock. Sounds easy, but I can’t press “create blank” because the button is not active. What could be the problem for this? Any ideas what to do?

The create blank option should a checkbox and not a button:

OK, then it is called a checkbox, sorry. Anyway it is not activated, there is no chance to choose something.

Can you post a screenshot? What browser are you using?

Here is the Screenshot. It’s the same behaviour with MS Edge and Firefox (both with all updates)

Have you tried to reduce the browser zoom?
I can reproduce this if I reduce the size of the browser window to a very specific size where the scroll bar has just appeared. Then you’re not able to activate this option even when scrolling down. This is something you can report as a bug on GitHub or via mail to the support.

Unbelievable, that was actually the reason for the error. If I reduce it from 100% to 90%, the checkbox works and everything is fine.
Thank you so much for your help, I would never have thought of that!

It’s a known issue and reported to UC. I had the same issue and a bit of scrolling solved it for me. Good to know resizing will do the job as well.

Scrolling doesn’t work in this case. The scroll bar just moves to the top automatically if you scroll down. But it’s just like that with that very specific vertical size of the browser window. Making it just a little bit lager and it works again. And e.g. dropdows like in the Bluetooth menu are not affected.
