Since today, my Unfolded Circle App in Homey stopped working. It is constantly crashing and I cannot get a connection anymore with the R3. Anyone having similar issues on Homey Pro 2019?
On this moment for me it is also very unstable. After a remote restart i need to go to the integration add new-add new integration choose homey and then i get a error then i go back to the homey integration and sometimes I get a error again or I can choose smart setup. But after all this trying with errors i see a green checkmark and it is running again.
Be sure that the unfolded circle app is running on the homey so that the remote can communicate with homey
It is the Unfolded app on Homey that is crashing. So nothing wrong with the integration on the remote (at this moment). Tried restarting the app and Homey several times already…
Does it help uninstalling and installing again?
Just tried that, even removing, restarting and reinstalling didn’t work. App still keeps crashing. Think I’ll need to reach out to the developer at Homey…
When you go in the homey app to more→apps→unfolded circle. Do you see that there is a flow or flows by flows? If so, does it help to disable this flows?
Thanks for trying to help. I did not create any flows (yet), so that is not the issue. It is really strange, it used to be working perfectly fine with some hiccups only. But the app keeps crashing in Homey.

Just tried the support function. Hope something gets resolved quickly, as the remote is immediately useless for my most important activities…

Don’t think Athom support will be much of help here, they will probably do the same as i’m about to do know: better try contacting the creator/developer of the Homey App, there is a support link on the app’s page.
But he should also be on this forum.
I can’t get my remote to see Homey at all.
Tried all of the guides and the other day Homey did appear on the remote control, added it and then it promptly stopped working again.
I’m really frustrated as homey integration is what I was really looking forward to.
