Got the waiting list invite to purchase but my country is not on checkout options. Help!

Hi,

I received the email to buy the remote but my country (Portugal) is not an option on check out. Any ideas to get this sorted? I only have 3 days to make the purchase before I lose my spot in the waiting list.

I’m in the same unlucky situation (Poland).

Unfortunately we will not be able to buy R2, as stated by @marton on Discord:

Even thought it’s EU, every country sets their own rules for selling products, recycling, etc. As a small company I think it’s unreasonable to expect that we can follow 27 different countries and their regulations, where some of them even require a local representative. You can imagine how quickly this becomes unmanageable.
We would like to sell to everyone, everywhere, but in the current world, for a startup, it’s impossible.
