I cannot get either my remote, or the dock to upgrade to the latest firmware. The system reliably detects that an upgrade is available (1.6.10 → 1.7.7) - but once it starts downloading, it stays in that state forever.
I’ve tried a factory reset - different network settings, etc… but to no avail. And once it’s in the ‘downloading’ state it is constantly timing out when trying to access from the web config.
Help!
