I’ve successfully implemented the native Denon integration, custom Samsung TV integration and IR control of Panasonic DMR, but I can’t work out how to establish bluetooth control of a fire stick. Can anyone help please?
In the web configurator go to entities, select + to add one, then select BlueTooth, add name and activate pairing. On the Fire TV you must also enable pairing now.

OK I’m not sure of your instructions. How do I learn the codes from the Fire Stick remote to the R3? Thanks
FireTV will not be controlled by IR it uses BlueTooth.
Ralf
Yes I know it uses bluetooth, but in using bluetooth the original remote is sending codes via bluetooth. How do I replicate those codes on the R3? There needs to be a Firestick remote entity created somehow.
Once you paired the device you can choose a profile. There is also a profile for Fire TV devices.
Read my 1st answer again.
Thankyou for the additional clarification. The key bit of info I was missing was the ability to select a predefined profile for FireTV.
Yes thanks, “Add name” wasn’t clear that you meant pick the predefined profile for FireTV.
No I meant the entity name in case you have more than 1 Fire TV. Mine are named “HK Fire TV”, “WZ1 Fire TV” and “SZ2 Fire TV” so that I know with which entity I have to create activities. Unfolded circle simulates a keyboard so also default profile will work. From what I see there is no Fire TV profile mine are all on default.
Concerning BlueTooth: If you want more than 1 device you must activate it in settings, development, preview features.

I understand your instructions on adding an entity and putting the fire tv in pairing mode on the web configurator, but can’t figure out how to do the pairing on the fire stick end. I go to controllers and bluetooth devices, add a new remote but it does pair.
Not remote, Bluetooth device as the remote acts as a keyboard.
Ralf
I don’t see a profile for FireTV? I’ve had to use Generic Android but this doesn’t fully work. For example I can’t get the menu button to map properly.
Can you configure the remote to control multiple firesticks independently?
I use the default-profile for my fire-tv-stick.
