Error UNKNOWN when learning IR code for Marantz

Hello,
A have received my Remote 3 this week and started to play with it.
I am facing many issues.
The first one is that I have a Marantz SR7011 receiver and I don’t manage to learn some buttons (IR codes) from the original remote. For example, regarding the source buttons, I successed to learn the “CBL/SAT” and “MEDIA PLAYER” buttons, but none of the other (“DVD”, “Blu-ray”…). The Dock 3 displays “UNKNOWN” when I press the button of the original remote.
Do you have an idea to solve this issue?

Simple. Use the Denon integration and use IP instead of IR.

Does the following HEX code work for the DVD input:

I tried it with my R2 and had the same negative result. Have you tried the Marantz, Generic AVR1 Unfolded Circle offers if you do not tick create blank?

Nevertheless IP based Denon Integration would be a better choice.

But why are some IR codes “learnable” and others not?
