The battery of my Remote 3 (software version 2.8.4) has been empty, so RC turned off. After charging I wanted to start the „Watch TV" activity, but I am getting errors only:
Even after restarting the Remote 3, nothing is working.
I am not able to get the RC working again.
Devices are using IR.
how can I get the RC back to life?
Dock connection ok? Repower dock and try again. Is it a Philips Android TV?

Oh, you are right. After disconnecting and reconnecting power of the dock it is working again.

I also had this problem. Next Firmware of Dock might improve this situation. It is work in progress.

It took me forever to figure out the dock being disconnected was the issue I was having. I had factory reset the remote and everything.
