Emotiva Remote IR codes won't upload

Model: RMC-1 .csv file won’t upload. Not sure why this isn’t working. Below is the format from the file.

Create a new spreadsheet with 2 columns with headings names of key and code. Cut and paste the commands names into rows under the key column and the corresponding pronto code under the code column. Repeat this by adding additional rows for each command name with the corresponding pronto code. Save the spreadsheet as a .csv file. You should then be able to upload that file.

Codes loaded thanks. Now I need to figure out why it’s showing as unknown on the remote.

Unknown is the state of the remote entity. As you’re using IR you first need to send either a power on or off commands depending on the current state of the device for the remote to show the correct state.
