Dock not Working

I just received my Remote and was doing initial setup only to discover that the dock packaged with my remote is not working. Luckily I also purchased a second dock that is working.

I am unable to send a message through the website as it says “ Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.” whenever I try to Submit. Also sent a message through Kickstarter.

I have tried 3 power adapters and cables, pressed the reset button for 10 seconds and nothing works. How do I get a replacement?

What is not working? When you plugin in the power in the dock does the led on the front light up?

No light, and is not discoverable.

Email the support team and they’ll send you a replacement. I had the same issue as you.
