Dock 3 - Network cable needs to be replugged in every day - Solved

Hi, I’m having an issue with my Dock 3 where I have to unplug and replug the network cable every day to get it working again. When I turn off my Remote 3 and then turn it back on, the remote doesn’t detect the dock until I physically disconnect and reconnect the network cable. After about 10 seconds, the dock is recognized again.

Note: The Remote 3 is on the same network as the dock—the only difference is that the remote connects via WiFi (2.4 GHz, channel 6), while the dock is wired via Ethernet to the same network and same switch. Using Unifi here in the whole network.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Have you tried to do set a custom url in the dock settings (integrations/docks)? By default it uses mDNS but you can also use the dock ip (ws://ip/ws).
