I pickup up my remote from the dock and noticed it was dead… And the dock was not charging… I unplugged the dock and re-plugged it in after 10 seconds nothing happend. I did not get the usual start up animation nor the ethernet lights flashing… It is completly dead. Is there a way to fix this? Anyone else experince this?
Think you will need to send it back. I would contact support.

What firmware has the Dock? 0.8.2 should be latest version. Earlier versions had a charging bug. Are you using the included cable? Have you tried a different charger? Can you ping the dock ip? Have you tried to reset the dock?
I believe it was running the latest version… I have 2 docks and I just ran the 0.10.4. but the one that is dead I cannot access .. it doesn’t seem to power on… So I cannot verify its firmware. I tried other cables and power sources. It it seems you need to have power to reset the device…
