This seems to be a problem with a wrong IR port configuration. Please check output settings the entity settings. Otherwise please include the core serivce logs.

Maybe this will help you. I restarted the dock and then it worked. I didn't have this problem before. I just updated the Anthem integration; maybe there's a bug in there.

If you’re using the Anthem integration the Dock has nothing to do with it. There seems to be a connection problem to the Receiver. Maybe @M.a.S.e can help here. Also check, that your receiver is reachable from the network

Walk me through what you did, what is the issue and how you set it up. (please be verbose, i dont own the Anthem device so i need you to explain in details).
The problem is solved. I restarted the dock, and it's working now. Our internet connection was changed recently; that might have been the cause.
