"Connection to dock could not be established" error a few times a day - any suggestions?

Hi.

I’m getting the “Connection to dock could not be established” error a few times a day when trying to turn off or turn on a activity.

Is there a way to fix this?

Coupled with the poor battery life this is becoming the tipping point for the rest of the household, and requests for “please bring back the Harmony remote” has become frequent.

Have you checked the general advises that can be found in multiple threads here and on Discord? (Use a custom url for the Dock, static ip for remote and Dock, lock remote and dock to one access point when using WiFi)

I don’t know. I have this issue too. I set static IPs for my remote and docks and set a custom URL, but it still happens. The only way to fix it is to unplug the dock and plug it back in. I have a mesh network and I don’t think I have a way to lock the docks to a specific access point. And by the way, one of my docks is POE and it still happens. Seems like a design flaw to me. This shouldn’t be so difficult. I love my remote, but it is very frustrating.
