CCTV Security Cameras Integration

Hey everyone, i am releasing a new integration today for Security Cameras.
This is a cool integration if you are seating in the media room and want to quickly check if your pizza arrived at the doorbell, or if you are curious if your dog still in the back yard…

This integration will add a Media Player entity with your configured security cameras. It will support literally any camera out there as long as you know/identify/allow your jpg absoloute URL.

If you test your URL in browser and you can see the image, this integration will support it.
If you actively watching the camera feed it will refresh the image every 10 seconds, if you exit it will stop pulling. Until Unfolded Circle create / support full media stream entity this is the best we can get - it is however, working flawlessly.

new version 1.0.5 is out with select entity, perfect for if you add cameras to activities and add the selector widget as well, now you can easily flip between cameras from within an activity.

• Fixed: cameras could stay unavailable after the Remote woke from standby (or the NAS restarted) until the Remote was rebooted; the integration now reconnects on its own and when you press play
• Synology session is kept alive while idle and renewed automatically, without asking for 2FA again
• If DSM rejects the login (changed password or 2FA), the integration stops retrying so DSM does not block your Remote; fix it with setup > Update
• Setup > Update starts from your saved settings (leave the password empty to keep it); no need to remove the integration
• Setup shows problems on the screen and keeps what you typed
