Somehow I can’t make a backup of my remote 3 getting a error: “There was a timeout”. This error is with edge and chrome. A remote restart doesn’t help. Have anybody a idea what i’m doing wrong?

I think i got the answer. When the remote 3 was sitting in the dock charging it was possible to download the backup. Great that it’s working. But maybe it is a good idea that when you want to make a backup when it is not charging it gives a popup “place remote in dock to make a backup”. Just a thought.
It’s a general advise to place the remote in the dock when you configure anything as the remote enters sleep mode after some time if it’s not i the dock or a prevent sleep activity is running.
