My firmware version is showing 0.9.2 and I believe the latest version is 1.5.something. I click on the Check for Update and nothing happens and it simply states “Your software is up to date.” I tried a factory reset and it still won’t update. The connection to the network was a wired connection and I changed it to a Wi Fi connection and still the same thing.
How can i proceed when I can’t get the latest firmware?
