Anthem AVM 60 IR Learning & Hex Code Confusion

So I can add the Anthem AVM 60 IR remote, but it only gives me Generic AV1 as an option and that doesn’t seem to work. I tried teaching codes to the Remote Two Dock, but so far no luck. I just get a flashing red light from the dock. I then found the remote codes posted on Anthem’s website. I tried to enter the codes manually as both Hex & Pronto and it doesn’t seem to work either way.

Maybe I just don’t know what I’m looking at, but I assume the Hex Code for ON is:

I converted the Anthem spreadsheet into the format the R2 uses … try using the bulk import feature and it should populate with all the commands from the spreadsheet:
