Ive got a very complex AV and home setup. Im also technical.
Currently using RTI for my AV but now built everything into HA with many integrations.
I don’t want a tablet/phone to run my cinema as prefer a handheld remote like RTI but want my own independence to add integrations without being tied to AV installer.
I looked at all handhelds and decided this looked best for independence/flexibility/looks etc
BUT Ive been waiting 3 months since order and still nothing
If Harmony couldn’t keep up the business with their backing and following this has no chance of success if they can’t even ship product to enthusiasts who need it.
Considering a refund and going elsewhere.
Just poorly scaled business taking way too long to get to market.
Having worked in many tech startups I can’t see this succeeding alas.
