Hi all, I just received my Remote 3 last week and got to play with it yesterday, and I love it so far! I am using it just as an IR remote for now, and managed to get a bunch of devices “learnt” with the dock and work. However, I am having troubles with my JVC NZ500/DLA-RS1200 remote. When I sent the command to the dock, the Web Configurator says “learn successful,” but when I test it, nothing happens on my projector. I can’t run a Ethernet cable to my projector in the ceiling, so I would love to get IR working with it instead of the integration. I tried downloading the Generic JVC Projector codes from the Unfolded Circle database, but only the power ON/OFF and cursor keys work - I also can’t see the code to cut and paste it out (it’s just blank). I’ve googled the Global Cache database and found some more codes and have yet to copy and paste them in. Unfortunately they don’t have all the keys I have on my NZ500 remote. I’d love to get all the keys from the remote working on my R3 before I start learning about the activities/macros. Please help, any suggestions or directions would be appreciated.
Do none of the learned codes work or just some? Do some codes work if you repeatedly press the button or press and hold it? If none of them work make sure to select the correct Dock and output.
Another user also seems to have a similar problem: [bug] JVC Projectors IR codes dosen`t work · Issue #523 · unfoldedcircle/feature-and-bug-tracker · GitHub. You should comment there to make the team aware that this affects other users as well and you can’t use the ip integration.
Thanks for your reply, actually all my other devices so far work (9 or so remotes with at least 10-20 buttons/IR codes each) all seem to work fine. It’s just the JVC learned remote codes that doesn’t work at all. I am using the JVC Generic Projector codes provided by UC and that turns on and off and cursors, but lacks the other button codes. Thanks for that point to the bug tracker and I have the exact same learned codes as JS-2004. Is there a info on how to best copy Global Cache’s IR codes - there’s a few more in there, but not complete with my NZ500 remote.
You should find a lot of infos on how to import Global Cache codes here or on Discord (unfolded.chat). Just make sure to download a code set and not just a single code. Otherwise you won’t get it in the csv format that is needed to import a code set.

Thank you all!!! Especially @ERGTDev - substituting that “1” at the end of the string worked perfectly with all my learned codes.
For anyone that searches and turned up my question - here is the solution that worked for me from @ERGTDev ;
“…To get the JVC – and quite possibly others to work that have IR learning issues – learn the IR code from the working remote for example – Lens Memory1 and you get: 6;0xCE1B;16;0 which doesn’t work. In the Edit IR code page, change the last digit from 0 to 1 and press save and you now have a working IR code eg. 6;0xCE1B;16;1.”
