Making commands waiting for dock connection

Hi,

is there any possibility to make commands “wait” for establishing connection to dock? Currently I have several scenarios where firing the commands without having connection leads to annoying situation. For instance “Power off”. Pressing key without waiting for connection leads to an error of activity state

Best regards

Firmware 2.8.2 (current) has an automatic resend if a command fails. You can increase the resend time up to 10 sec. It must be configured in the settings direct on the remote.

Thanks - that was what I am looking for!

Just recognized that I have 2.6.12 and is the current one. So 2.8. is not stable yet?

Do you have R2 or R3? 2.8.2 ist at the moment only available for R3. It is marked as beta but stable and with a lot of improvements. Change log was also posted here.

Hi Ralf.

I must be blind somehow. I can’t find that setting again. Please help me.

I am not at home at the moment but I know it is only direct at the remote in settings and then either WiFi or power saving. You can set the retry time from 0 to 10 seconds. I have it on 10 because if it not fails it returns earlier anyway.

It seems to work quite good in activities but not in the start and end sequences with 2.8.2.
